Comment guidelines

At the same time, as a growing platform, we don’t yet have the scale or tooling of larger communities, which means harmful comments can have a much larger impact here.

For now, the following types of comments may be hidden or removed by admins, and in some cases may lead to a ban:

1. Spam or low-effort promotional content.
2. Hateful or discriminatory comments directed at an individual or group.
3. Repeated or targeted harassment of another user.
4. Comments containing media or links to content that is illegal in the United States.
5. Generic, unhelpful comments that are clearly generated by an LLM or other automated systems.
6. Comments that reveal private personal information, attempt to dox someone, or help others find such information.
7. Self-advertising in unrelated contexts, including linking to your own markets in comments on others’ markets when they are not closely related.

Our goal is to encourage open, thoughtful discussion while keeping the platform welcoming and constructive for everyone.
