You can withdraw any asset from your Xmarket account anytime as long as it is available in your Balance.

How to make a crypto withdrawal to external wallet​

Have you asked yourself how to withdraw crypto from Xmarket? If so, the step-by-step instructions below will guide you through the process:

  1. Open the Xmarket app and navigate to the Account tab. Click Withdraw button.

  2. Select the asset you wish to withdraw and enter withdrawal amount.

  3. Next, select the network you would like to withdraw to from the dropdown menu.

  4. Enter the destination wallet address in the Withdrawal Address field.

    And tap the Withdraw button to confirm.

Important:

  1. Use YOUR personal wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc).
  2. Must be withdrawal network compatible address.
  3. Do NOT use your Xmarket trading address.
  4. Do NOT use other deposit address on different chain.
  5. Verify address carefully since withdrawals cannot be reversed.

Where can I check the status of my withdrawal​

After confirming your withdrawal, you can track its progress in the Transactions tab of your Xmarket account:

If your balance is below the displayed minimum withdrawal limit, you can make an additional top-up to go over the minimum limit.

What are the fees for crypto withdrawals​

Xmarket does not charge deposit fees. For each withdrawal, a flat fee is paid by users to cover the transaction costs of moving the cryptocurrency out of their Xmarket account.

Withdrawals rates are determined by the blockchain network and can fluctuate without notice due to factors such as network congestion. You’ll see the estimated fee before confirming a withdrawal on the Withdraw screen.
