Question 1: What is the minimum investment to create a presale market?​

  • Answer: Any user must invest at least $1 USDT into the presale pool to launch the market.

Question 2: What are Presale End Date and Resolution Date? ​

  • Answer:
    1. Presale End Date is when the presale funding period ends.
    2. Resolution Date is the date by which the market outcome is determined (e.g. after the event or deadline in your question).

Question 3: How is revenue share calculated? ​

  • Answer: You earn a proportional share of the presale pool (and possibly trading fees) based on your investment and the platform’s revenue-share rules. The exact percentage is shown on the form (e.g. “Your presale pool share: 0.5%”).

Question 4: What happens if the presale doesn't reach the softcap? ​

  • Answer: The market fails. All presale contributions are refunded, and no fees or shares are distributed.
    • Please wait 24-48 hours for system to unlock your funds then you will see the Claim Refund button.

Question 5: What happens once a market reaches the softcap and the presale ends? ​

  • Answer:
    1. Market status switches to "Trading Live"
    2. Trading becomes active

Troubleshooting ​

Question 1: Rules are required ​

  • Answer: Enter resolution rules in the Rules field. Use the toolbar for formatting if needed.

Question 2: Invalid date ​

  • Answer: Set a valid Resolution Date (and ensure Presale End Date is valid and in the future).

Question 3: Cannot click CREATE MARKET / button disabled ​

  • Answer: Check that all required fields are filled: question, category, rules, presale end date, resolution date, investment ≥ $1, email.
